Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between ReGofur Solutions LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Company," and the affiliate, hereinafter referred to as "Affiliate."
By participating in the Company's Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If Affiliate does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not participate in the Affiliate Program.
## 1. Enrollment
1.1. To participate in the Affiliate Program, Affiliate must submit an application and be approved by the Company.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to, websites containing objectionable material.
## 2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. Affiliate agrees to actively promote Company's products and services using ethical marketing practices.
2.2. Affiliate shall not engage in any form of spamming, including email, social media, or other online platforms.
2.3. Affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of their tracking links and ensuring they are properly formatted.
2.4. Affiliate must disclose their affiliate relationship with the Company in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
## 3. Commissions and Payouts
3.1. Affiliate will earn a commission for each sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
3.2. Commission rates, payment schedule, and payout thresholds will be outlined in a separate commission structure document provided to Affiliate upon approval.
3.3. Commissions are paid on a weekly basis, subject to a minimum $20 payout amount.
## 4. Tracking and Reporting
4.1. The Company will provide Affiliate with access to an affiliate dashboard for tracking sales, clicks, and commissions.
4.2. The Company's tracking system is considered the definitive source for all reporting and commission calculations.
## 5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Affiliate acknowledges that all intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, are the exclusive property of the Company.
5.2. Affiliate may only use Company's intellectual property in a manner consistent with the Company's branding guidelines provided.
## 6. Termination
6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause.
6.2. Upon termination, Affiliate will be entitled to receive unpaid commissions up until the date of termination.
## 7. Confidentiality
7.1. Both parties agree to keep any confidential information received from the other party confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not, arising from Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program.
## 9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
By participating in the Company's Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
This Agreement may be amended by the Company at any time, and such amendments will be effective upon notice to the Affiliate.
